This recipe can be made without chocolate chips (or less but i love chocolate so maybe I went a little overboard) or substituted with nuts, dried berries, fresh fruit or whatever you enjoy and your banana bread!
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 65 Minutes
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2C Olive Oil
- 1/3C Honey
- 1/4C Greek Yogurt Plain
- 1t Vanilla Extract
- 4 Medium Bananas
- 1C 3/4C Bread Flour
- 1t Baking Soda
- 1/2t salt
- 1C Dark Chocolate Chunks
C=Cup t=teaspoon T=tablespoon
- Preheat oven to 325F. Grease baking pan.
- In a bowl combine egg, honey, Greek yogurt, oil and vanilla. Beat until smooth, mix in mashed bananas. Sift in flour baking, soda and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into pan sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool, slice and enjoy!!
