Chocolate Chip Banana Bread!!

This recipe can be made without chocolate chips (or less but i love chocolate so maybe I went a little overboard) or substituted with nuts, dried berries, fresh fruit or whatever you enjoy and your banana bread!

Cook Time: 65 Minutes

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2C Olive Oil
  • 1/3C Honey
  • 1/4C Greek Yogurt Plain
  • 1t Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Medium Bananas
  • 1C 3/4C Bread Flour
  • 1t Baking Soda
  • 1/2t salt
  • 1C Dark Chocolate Chunks


C=Cup t=teaspoon T=tablespoon

  1. Preheat oven to 325F. Grease baking pan.
  2. In a bowl combine egg, honey, Greek yogurt, oil and vanilla. Beat until smooth, mix in mashed bananas. Sift in flour baking, soda and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Pour batter into pan sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
  4. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool, slice and enjoy!!
